These terms govern your relationship with WORLDEMB in connection to our embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, and patch production services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
WORLDEMB specializes in professional embroidery digitizing, vector artwork conversion, and the production of custom patches. By submitting an order, you confirm that the files and instructions provided are your own or that you have permission to use them.
We reserve the right to decline any project that we deem inappropriate or infringing on third-party rights.
We strive to deliver all digitizing and vector artwork within the agreed timeline—typically within the same day or 24 hours—depending on design complexity and order volume. Delays caused by incomplete information or unclear instructions are not our responsibility.
WORLDEMB may offer a complimentary design file for qualifying clients; however, to be eligible for this offer, you must have completed at least 10 paid design orders with us previously. This policy helps us maintain fair usage and prioritize loyal customers.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free order policy at any time.
We provide free minor revisions such as thread color adjustments, small size tweaks, or formatting changes. Major changes, including full design overhauls or re-digitizing, may incur an additional fee. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
All orders must be paid in full before delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are accepted via secure online methods. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.
WORLDEMB provides physical delivery only for custom patches and only for bulk orders. We do not ship single or small quantity patches. All design files (digitizing/vector) are delivered digitally via email or direct download unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shared with the customer before final confirmation of bulk orders.
You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs, or materials you submit for digitizing or vectorizing do not infringe on the rights of others. WORLDEMB is not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material provided by clients.
All completed files remain the intellectual property of the customer. WORLDEMB may use samples for promotional purposes unless specifically requested not to.
